Personalized Products

All EtnoArt products are custom-made and personalized according to the photographs, text, and instructions provided by the customer.

Because each item is created specifically for an individual customer, personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled due to the personalized nature of the product.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Your order details
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders

If the final product differs significantly from the information provided in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually.
