1. General

EtnoArt creates personalized wood-burned artwork based on photographs and information provided by customers.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Custom Products

All products offered by EtnoArt are personalized and made to order.

Because each item is custom-created specifically for the customer, the final artwork may contain slight variations caused by:

  • Natural wood grain patterns
  • Natural wood color differences
  • Individual photograph characteristics
  • The wood-burning process itself

These variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Wood grain, natural markings, and slight color variations are part of the material’s natural character and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Customer Photos and Content

By uploading a photograph or submitting text, names, dates, or messages, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted content or have permission to use it.
  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or prohibited material.

EtnoArt reserves the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate content.

4. Order Process

After submitting an order request:

  1. We review the submitted photo and order details.
  2. Payment instructions are sent to the customer.
  3. Production begins after payment has been received.
  4. The completed order is shipped to the provided address.

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

EtnoArt reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the submitted image is unsuitable for production or if the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euro (€).

Payment is currently accepted via SEPA bank transfer.

Production begins only after payment has been successfully received.

Customers are responsible for any transfer fees charged by their bank.

6. Shipping

We offer free shipping across Europe.

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, most orders arrive within approximately 10–15 days from the date of payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs procedures
  • Postal and courier services
  • Public holidays
  • Unforeseen delays beyond our control

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The order cannot be produced.
  • The order is cancelled before production begins.
  • We are unable to fulfill the order for any reason.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs showing the damage.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, designs, and graphics, remains the property of EtnoArt unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

EtnoArt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order.
